The Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Raipur will administer Swarnaprashan, a traditional Ayurvedic practice known for enhancing immunity, to children on August 3. The programme targets children from birth to 16 years and is scheduled on every Pushya Nakshatra in the hospital’s Kaumarbhritya Pediatric Department from 9 am to 2 pm.
Swarnaprashan is highly regarded for its multiple health benefits. It significantly boosts children’s immunity, safeguarding them against respiratory and other illnesses. Besides, it enhances concentration and memory power, contributing to both the physical and mental development of young ones.
This year, apart from August 3, Swarnaprashan will also be administered on the following Pushya Nakshatra dates: August 30, September 26, October 24, November 20, and December 18.
