Promotional literature based on government schemes distributed for free at the ‘Mahapanchayat’ of the state-level Panchayat Representatives

The promotional literature published by the Directorate of Public Relations based on public welfare schemes and programs of the state government were distributed for free at the state-level ‘Mahapanchayat’ of Panchayat representatives today at Science College ground in capital city Raipur. These include ‘Modi Ki Guarantee Pocket Book’, ‘Vishnu Deo Ke Tvarit Nirnay Se Ho Raha Sushasan Ka Suryoday’, Ram Lala illustrated calendar, book named ‘Sushashan Ke Do Maah’ along with the February issue of the monthly magazine ‘Chhattisgarh Janman’.

A large number of representatives of the three-tier Panchayati Raj institutions, including district and village panchayat, gathered at this mega congregration to collect the publicity material. People perused and admired the books that were being distributed. The timely decisions of Vishnu Deo government in public interest and the effective implementation of the same were especially appreciated by the public. On the very next day of the oath taking ceremony, the state government had sanctioned Pradhan Mantri Aawas for 18 lakh poor people of the state. On the occasion of Good Governance Day, the birthday of Atal ji, the difference amount of paddy procurement was paid to 13 lakh farmers of the state, the amount of Rs 3716 crore has been transferred to the accounts of the farmers. Other important decisions of the Vishnu Deo Government include provision of Rs 1000 per month for women beneficiairies under Mahtari Vandan Yojana, free pilgrimage to Ayodhya under Ramlala Darshan Yojana, procurement of 21 quintals of paddy per acre from farmers at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal, and hike in remuneration amount for tendupatta collection from Rs 4000 standard bag to Rs 5500 per standard bag. The decision to conduct CBI inquiry of the complaints of irregularities in the Chhattisgarh PSC Recruitment Exam 2021 was also widely appreciated.
