CM Dr. Yadav has given instructions to uphold the best image of the police
It has been decided to dismiss Inspector Shri Sushil Majoka posted in the Crime Investigation Department of Madhya Pradesh Police. Shri Majoka was entrusted with the responsibility of investigating the cases related to irregularities in nursing colleges. A case was registered against Shri Majoka under various sections in CBI/ACB New Delhi. After this, he was disassociated from CBI: ACB and his services were returned. A demand for bribe was made by Shri Majoka and cash amounting to Rs 2 lakh was also seized from his room. He was suspended on May 22 following investigation after receiving a corruption complaint. He was sent to police custody.
From time to time, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has given instructions to maintain the best image of Madhya Pradesh Police and ensure adherence to ethical standards. In this context, on the basis of the facts, the Crime Investigation Department did not find it appropriate in the public interest to continue the services of Shri Majoka under sub-section 2B of Section 311 of the Constitution. Shri Majoka has been relieved from service with immediate effect on May 28, 2024.
