He emphasized that these should be performed with due dignity, accompanied by police bands, which are available in every district. CM Dr. Yadav issued these instructions during a meeting at the Mantralaya, attended by Chief Secretary Smt. Veera Rana, Additional Chief Secretary Shri Rajesh Rajoura, and other officials.
