Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav emphasized the need for comprehensive development across the state over the next four years. He urged all MLAs to actively engage with their constituents and execute development projects systematically. Emphasizing alignment with Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision, he announced a dedicated fund of Rs 60 crore from the state government, disbursed at Rs 15 crore annually, for constituency development. A strategic roadmap until 2028 is to be crafted to optimize these funds, focusing on public-centric initiatives within urban bodies and district panchayats. Dr. Yadav encouraged public participation in community campaigns, stressing that collective progress ensures state-wide development. Additionally, he advocated for regular community camps to address public grievances and highlighted priorities in health, education, and environmental conservation. The Chief Minister addressed MLAs from Chambal and Gwalior divisions during a division-wise meeting held at Samatva Bhawan in his official residence and also reviewed progress under the Jal Ganga Samvardhan Abhiyan.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav announced that the state government will allocate Rs 40 per cow per day for the upkeep of cow shelters, emphasizing their effective management. He encouraged the public to maintain healthy cattle at home while ensuring that abandoned or unfit cattle are housed in cowsheds. Dr. Yadav underscored the importance of projecting a positive image as leaders within their constituencies by promoting the proper functioning of cow shelters. Additionally, he highlighted the need to inform the public about upcoming changes in police laws effective July 1, 2024, through awareness programs, ensuring citizens are familiar with the amended sections.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that drinking water schemes of all the villages of the Gwalior division have been approved by the state government. No village has been left out. Many villages are benefiting from group water supply schemes. The drinking water schemes should be operated properly. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the closed tap water schemes in the Gwalior-Chambal division should be started. No scheme should remain non-functional. There should be no problem with drinking water in the village. Work should be done to increase the groundwater level. Whatever work is taken up, should be completed. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that drinking water schemes should be monitored. Investigate and resolve complaints. Beneficiaries should get the benefits of Ayushman Yojana. Free spectacles should be distributed through voluntary donations in your assembly.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav emphasized the importance of maximizing tree planting initiatives in every Legislative Assembly as part of a comprehensive tree plantation campaign. He stressed enhancing crop rotation practices to boost farmers’ income and promoting high-yielding crops. The dairy industry will receive support to increase milk production. Dr. Yadav also proposed launching a campaign during the upcoming festival of Raksha Bandhan to encourage sisters to tie rakhis, and distributing Laddu Gopal on Janmashtami to maintain public engagement. He urged visits to School Anganwadis and emphasized monitoring hospitals and schools to prevent any encroachments.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that work should be done by running a campaign for property distribution, name transfer, and demarcation. Give priority to employment-based work. Provide maximum employment opportunities in collaboration with the district administration. Transformer-related problems should be solved. Meetings of public-related committees should be regular. One District-One Product should be promoted. Efforts should be made to promote cottage industries in the area. MLAs should maintain their offices. An amount of Rs 5 lakh will be made available for this. Campaigning and publicity should be increased through social media. Along with skill development training, sports activities should also be promoted. Inspect schools under the School Chalen Abhiyan. Get a souvenir published to publicize the good experiments done in the Assembly. Public representatives and officials of the Gwalior-Chambal region were present at the meeting.
