About the Organization
Udaan Youth Club (UYC) is a voluntary, self-organized group of rural Indian youth leveraging the power of Information and Communication Technology to educate people about social issues. We are dedicated to contributing towards the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 and the Sustainable Development Goals on a larger scale. At Udaan, we believe that everyone is a changemaker, and our shared vision is to create a better world for all, in harmony with nature. Indian social worker SR Aman Kumar is the president of Udaan Youth Club.
About the UYC Global Advisory Body 2024-25
UYC Global Advisory Body 2024-25 is a unique initiative by Udaan Youth Club to invite public participation in making its programs and policies more impactful and engaging. Members of the advisory body will work closely with the President of Udaan Youth Club to design initiatives, use ICT tools for social impact, and prepare monthly action plans on a voluntary basis in a virtual mode.
If you are an educator, journalist, keynote speaker, author, philosopher, traveler, artist, musician, poet, activist, entrepreneur, NGO head, or someone who believes in the power of ICT tools to address social issues, Udaan Youth Club wants to meet you through this program.

Eligibility
Dedicate at least 4 hours a week to the Advisory Body.
Experience in managing, working with, or advising youth organizations is preferred but not mandatory.
Access to the internet and the ability to participate in virtual meetings and activities.
Strong commitment to voluntary work.
Proficiency in English.

Interested applicants should apply by filling out the application form at application link. Provide your understanding of Udaan Youth Club, your definition of “A Better World,” and reasons for joining the Global Advisory Body. Include any relevant experience, skills, and ICT tool experience.
Optional but recommended: Mention the Udaan Youth Club initiative you find most interesting, provide a letter of recommendation, and describe any ideas for social initiatives with UYC mentorship.
