Two-Day Bengaluru Trip marks numerous achievement for Madhya Pradesh

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav during his two-day visit to Bengaluru, proactively engaged with industrialists from various sectors, urging them to participate in the industrial development of Madhya Pradesh. The Chief Minister emphasized the state’s desire to benefit from the expertise, counsel, and skills of these business leaders. This visit, he stated, represents an important stride not only in attracting investment but also in fostering mutual brotherhood between Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka, all in the service of national progress.

The Chief Minister while interacting with media representatives in Bengaluru today shared the notable achievements made during his two-day visit to Bengaluru.

Interactive Session

Interactive session on investment prospects in Madhya Pradesh’ was organized in ‘Bengaluru’, the capital of Karnataka.
‘Bengaluru’ is also known as the ‘Silicon Valley’ of India.
Bengaluru is known for various manufacturing industry sectors like IT, garment, aerospace and defense, and pharma.
The Madhya Pradesh government organized an interactive session in Bengaluru and invited industrialists from industry sectors like IT, textile and garment, and pharma.
HAL tour

In a visit to Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), information was sought regarding various aerospace and defense-related products being manufactured by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. Discussions were held regarding investment possibilities by HAL in Madhya Pradesh.

On the first day, a roundtable discussion was held with representatives of the space technology sector and NASSCOM, a renowned organization of IT companies. Major companies established in Bengaluru, Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, Happiest Minds, SAP, etc. participated in this discussion. Discussions were held with these companies regarding the development of IT in Madhya Pradesh and their plans.

Interactive session on 8th August

More than 500 participants took part which included investors from Karnataka state and surrounding states.
One-to-one meetings were held with more than 30 leading industrialists, including Lapp India Private Limited, Reliance Consumer Products Limited, and Nvidia. The prominent ones are Google, DHL Global, Tech Mahindra, Grow, Microsoft, Kaynes Technology, AGI Glasspack, and Kirloskar Systems.
Nvidia suggested preparing a blueprint to establish Madhya Pradesh as the “Intelligence Capital of India”.
Google Cloud proposed to set up a Startup Hub and Center of Excellence in Madhya Pradesh to enhance the skilled workforce.
Representatives of more than 10 industrial organizations participated: – NASSCOM, Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), AISA, ACLINA, TI, CIMI, KASSIA, Federation of Indian Export Organization (FIEO), Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC) and Federation of Karnataka Chamber and Commerce (FKCC) etc. participated.
More than 15 international diplomatic missions take part in the program

More than 15 diplomatic missions participated in the Bengaluru event. It included the Consuls General of Australia, Switzerland, Italy, and France along with the Deputy High Commissioner of Britain and Honorary Consuls of Finland, Poland, Cambodia, Morocco, Peru, Tunisia, Namibia, Spain, etc.
