Inspiring poses and bends at International Yoga Day celebrations at CP67

Mohali, June 21, 2024: Aiming to promote holistic health and well-being through the practice of yoga, CP67 Mall in Mohali celebrated International Yoga Day by conducting a yoga session on its premises today. More than 200 yoga enthusiasts participated in the activity, which was held from 7 am to 9 am.

The session included something for everyone, right from beginners to intermediate and advanced practitioners. The finale, in particular, showcased inspiring yoga formations presented by students of Yokalp Academy, featuring prominent poses like the goddess pose (utkata konasana) and vishvamitra asana.

Excited about the activity, Mr. Umang Jindal, CEO of Homeland Group, CP67 Mall in Mohali – a project by Unity Homeland, stated, “Today’s yoga session created serene and peaceful vibes in the mall. Such activities empower our community and reinforce the significance of self-care. The objective behind this endeavour, which reflects our commitment as a socially responsible entity, was to demonstrate that the practice of yoga can be both useful and enjoyable.”

The activity was held in collaboration with Yokalp as the yoga partner, Power House Gym as the fitness partner and Decathlon as the sports partner.
