Dr. Yadav expressed his pleasure that Cognizant has selected Indore for its new center, emphasizing that this development signifies Indore’s rapid rise as a key tech hub, supported by its growing infrastructure and skilled workforce. This achievement, which has provided employment to approximately 500 IT professionals, underscores both the states and Indore’s significant progress in the IT sector.

EVP and President of Cognizant America, Shri Surya Gummadi provided detailed insights about the new Cognizant center, which is situated in Brilliant Titanium in the heart of Indore. Spanning 46,000 square feet, the facility features a seating capacity for 500 people, but its hybrid model allows up to 1,250 associates to work there. Designed to encourage innovation, the center includes next-generation collaboration workspaces, a 110-seat cafeteria, dedicated wellness areas, and spaces for pregnant women. Gummadi highlighted Indore’s emergence as a technology hub, noting its exceptional talent pool and exemplary educational institutions. He expressed enthusiasm about integrating Cognizant’s “putting people first” culture into the city and aligning Indore with the company’s existing delivery network across India. He also mentioned that the center would focus on providing innovative solutions for global clients while creating new opportunities for local talent and bringing the company’s offices closer to its associates’ residences.
