Finance Commission of India delegation visited Nava Raipur

During their visit to Chhattisgarh, the 16th Central Finance Commission of India delegation led by Chairman Dr. Arvind Panagariya, explored various sites in Nava Raipur today. Nava Raipur Development Authority CEO Shri Saurabh Kumar provided the Commission members with complete insights into ongoing projects and developments in the area.

The delegation visited the under-construction railway station in Nava Raipur, where officials gave detailed information about the passenger facilities being developed through presentation. They also toured the Integrated Command Control Center at the Nava Raipur Capital Complex, which oversees the digital management of water, power, and sewerage systems, as well as the supervision of transport buses. Besides, the team was introduced to the Smart Data Center during the presentation.

The visit included a stop at the Jungle Safari in Nava Raipur, where the team participated in a sapling plantation initiative. Commission members praised the systematic development and innovative initiatives taking place in Nava Raipur
