Commissioner Urban Administration called on by World Bank representatives

Discussion held on World Bank Mission project

The World Bank delegation met Commissioner of Urban Administration and Development Department and Managing Director of Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Company, Shri Bharat Yadav in Bhopal today. The delegation included Task Team Leader Shri Raghukeshavan and Urban Expert Shri Riddhiman Saha.

Commissioner Shri Bharat Yadav assured the delegation that work will be done on the World Bank project as per the suggestions and goals given by them. The delegation also met Additional Managing Director Shri Kirodi Lal Meena. At the headquarters of Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Company, the Chief Engineer of the company, Shri Anand Singh apprised the World Bank Mission about the progress of the projects so far.

Officials of the project units connected with the World Bank team through virtual medium. Work is being done on three water supply and seven sewerage projects in the state in collaboration with the World Bank.
