Investments of 2 thousand crores proposed in 20 projects

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav was called on by a delegation of Merkaba ECDS, a joint venture company of South Korea and India, at Samatva Bhavan. The delegation gave a presentation regarding investment plans in various sectors in the state. Investments of 2 thousand crores have been proposed in about 20 projects in the first phase by Merkaba ECDS Company, which will create more than 25 thousand employment opportunities.

On this occasion, Principal Secretary Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Shri Raghvendra Kumar Singh and members of the South Korean delegation, Shri Joong Jong Cheol, Khwang On Rehyu, Junwi Jo, Gail Khang, Junsang Lee and Wosiouk Chung and Shri Rajesh Bhardwaj were present. In a discussion with CM Dr. Yadav, the company has expressed its desire to take advantage of the state’s industrial policy and invest in water and sewage pipe manufacturing, pharma, biotechnology, medical devices, tool manufacturing, IT, non-ferrous metal, carbon fiber, battery manufacturing, electronic components, nano fiber frames, big data solutions, drone technology etc.
