Instructions given to officials through video conference
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has asked the concerning officers to keep vigil on law and order situation during festivals in the coming month. CM Dr. Yadav directed collectors, senior administrative officials, and police officers of the districts via video conference today saying that festivals should be celebrated in harmonious atmosphere. Strict action should be taken against the elements that disrupt the peace. The protection of Gauvansh should be ensured and campaigns against elements indulging in black marketing and adulteration must go on.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that keeping in mind the coming rainy season, all safety measures should also be ensured. In the event of flood and disaster, the administration should be ready to tackle the possible situations. The complaints being registered in the Chief Minister Helpline should be resolved promptly.
The Chief Minister Dr. Yadav gave instructions to resolve the revenue cases immediately. He said that before the rainy season, instructions were given to prepare saplings in nurseries, prepare seed balls and select plant species suitable to the local climate and soil for maximum plantation.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also gave instructions to ensure the availability of manure, seeds and fertilisers at the time of sowing of Kharif. Additional Chief Secretary Shri Ashok Varnwal informed that there is adequate availability of fertilisers. Racks are continuously coming to the state. Farmers will not face any kind of problem.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav apprised himself regarding the School Chale Hum Abhiyan, College Chale Hum Abhiyan and the programmes to be held on International Yoga Day on 21st June.
Urban Development and Housing and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shri Kailash Vijayvargiya, Chief Secretary Smt. Veera Rana, Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries, Secretaries etc. of the concerned departments were present in the meeting.
