Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that due to the success of the first phase of Revenue Maha Abhiyan (January- March 2024), the state government will launch Revenue Maha Abhiyan-2 from July 18 to August 31 for quick disposal of revenue cases and to correct revenue record errors. All divisional commissioners and collectors will continuously inspect their areas during the campaign. Revenue officers will also be rewarded for their performance. The objective of the campaign is to resolve the cases pending in the Revenue Court within the time limit, register new revenue cases on RCMS, update the map, give benefits of PM Kisan Yojana to all eligible farmers, link Aadhaar of Samagra through e-KYC and measles through Samagra/Aadhaar and implement farmer registry. The digital crop survey will be conducted from August 1 to September 15.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav sought information regarding the Revenue Campaign through a video conference at Samatva Bhawan located at the Chief Minister’s residence. In the meeting, Revenue Minister Shri Karan Singh Verma, Chief Secretary Smt. Veera Rana, Additional Chief Secretary of Chief Minister’s Office Dr. Rajesh Rajoura, Principal Secretary of Chief Minister’s Office Shri Sanjay Kumar Shukla, and senior officials were present. All Divisional Commissioners and District Collectors participated in the meeting virtually.
Create Patwari e-diary
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Patwari’s diary should be digitalized. The manual diary practice should be ended. e-KYC must be done in pending cases of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi benefits. Create a good environment. Rear cattle as per the capacity of the cow sheds, the cattle should not be left to wander on the roads. The grant given to cow shelters by the state government has been doubled. He said that action should be taken against illegal sand excavation.
Patwaris should remain at the headquarters
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the Patwari should stay at the headquarters and the Collector should take action with efficiency. The campaign should be reviewed every day, work should be done cleanly, and outstanding performers will be rewarded. Errors will not be tolerated. The Commissioner should make his 45-day tour program, no negligence will be tolerated in this. The work of map correction in the campaign should be good. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav instructed the Principal Secretary to monitor the campaign constantly. It should be ensured that the benefits of Swamitva Yojana are given, but care should be taken that it is not misused. Illegal excavation of sand in rivers should be strictly stopped. Complete management should be done for the prevention and treatment of diseases occurring during the rainy season.
More than 30 lakh cases were resolved in the Revenue Mahabhiyan-01 which was run from January 15 to March 31 in the state. Good work was done in all the districts in this mega campaign. According to the percentage of redressal of revenue cases in the Maha Abhiyan, Pandhurna stood first, Burhanpur second, Khandwa stood third while Harda stood tenth. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Bhopal, Singrauli, Morena, Umaria should do good work in the second phase, no complaints were received. Concrete action should be taken on disputed matters. It is necessary to verify the total with Aadhaar.
Achievements of Revenue Mahabhiyan -01
During the Revenue Mahaabhiyan-01, a total of 30 lakh 48 thousand 255 cases were resolved which included 3 lakh 23 thousand 016 cases were resolved in the state under nomination transfer head, 40 thousand 414 cases of property distribution, 43 thousand 189 cases of demarcation, 27 thousand 373 cases of record correction and 26 lakh 14 thousand 263 cases of map revision.
District wise situation is as follows:- Out of total 268545 pending cases, 1 lakh 13 thousand 396 were resolved in Pandhurna, out of 2 lakh 55 thousand 487 pending cases, 9 thousand 93 were resolved in Burhanpur, out of 5 lakh 30 thousand 42 pending cases, 1 lakh 68 thousand 549 were resolved in Khandwa, out of 4 lakh 48 thousand 985 pending cases in Jhabua, 1 lakh 46 thousand 405 were resolved, out of 9 lakh 1 thousand 928 pending cases in Vidisha, 2 lakh 49 thousand 194 were resolved, out of 10 lakh 61 thousand 473 pending cases in Sehore 3 lakh 10 thousand 651 were resolved, in Raisen 8 lakh 7 thousand 423 were resolved, out of 3 lakh 51 thousand pending cases in Niwari, 77 thousand 806 resolved, out of 14 lakh 38 thousand 239 pending cases in Shivpuri, 3 lakh 26 thousand 957 resolved and out of 4 lakh 9 thousand 446 pending cases in Harda, 81 thousand 327 resolved cases were resolved.
