Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai Unveils Brochure for ‘Swadeshi Mela’

‘Swadeshi Mela’ to be held across various districts of the state from October 17, 2023 to March 9, 2025

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today unveiled the brochure for ‘Swadeshi Mela’ at his residence office today. Indian Marketing Development Center will be organizing ‘Swadeshi Mela’ across various districts of Chhattisgarh. Chief Minister Shri Sai extended best wishes to the delegation for the successful execution of the event.

It is noteworthy that the fair will be organized by the Indian Marketing Development Center (a unit of the Swadeshi Jagran Foundation). Mr. Subrat Chaki, Manager of Swadeshi Mela, informed that for the past two decades, this event is being held annually in different districts of the state. He highlighted that ‘Swadeshi Mela’ provides new business opportunities for Indian entrepreneurs. The fair has emerged as a beneficial commercial venture for Indian producers, rural enterprises, cottage industries, private, cooperative, and public sector enterprises, thereby increasing its popularity among the general public. This year, ‘Swadeshi Mela’ will be held in Kabirdham from October 17 to October 23, Bilaspur from November 15 to November 21, Raipur from December 27, 2024, to January 3, 2025, Rajnandgaon from February 7 to February 13, 2025, and Jagdalpur from March 2 to March 9, 2025.

On this occasion, Dr. Rampratap Singh, State Coordinator Mr. Jagdish Patel, Mr. Gopal Krishna Agarwal, Mr. Praveen Maishri, Mrs. Sheela Sharma, Mr. Yugbodh Agarwal, Mr. Amar Bansal, Manager Mr. Subrat Chaki from Swadeshi Mela and Indian Marketing Development Center, Mr. Amarjeet Singh Chhabra, and other Swadeshi activists.
