School Education Minister Shri Singh participates in Ram Katha

School Education Minister Shri Uday Pratap Singh has said that Indian culture is united because Lord Shri Ram lives is in the heart of every Indian. He said that every person’s morning starts with Lord Ram and ends with Lord Ram before night rest. School Education Minister Shri Singh was addressing the Tulsi Jayanti celebrations at Manas Bhavan in Shyamla Hills, Bhopal today. Ram Katha will take place daily from August 13 to August 17 at 6:30 PM, delivered by Pujya Didi Mandakini Ramkinkar ji. Following the programme, Pujya Didi delivered the Shri Ram Katha.

School Education Minister Shri Singh said that Tulsi Manas Bhavan of Bhopal is the permanent abode of spirituality and Sanatan. The citizens of Bhopal are working with full devotion to make it everlasting. He said that it is very important to make the young generation aware of the glory of Lord Ram and Ramcharit Manas. He said that in the name of Lord Ram, our biggest tasks are accomplished well. In the programme, Vrinda Jetha, a student of Scholar Home School, expressed her views on the glory of Ram’s name. Student Vrinda said that the character of Lord Ram is the strength of every Indian. Maryada Purushottam Ram shows his dignity as a son, a brother and in other forms. He is exemplary for every Indian. Life cannot be imagined without the name of Ram.

Executive Chairman of Tulsi Manas Sansthan and former MP Shri Raghunandan Sharma gave information about the activities of the Sansthan. He told that this is the birth centenary year of Pandit Ramkinkar Upadhyay ji. This is the silver jubilee year of Shri Ram Katha of Pujya Didi Mandakini Ramkinkar ji. In the Tulsi Jayanti celebrations, impromptu speech competition of school students was held on 8th August, competition of college students was held on 11th August, prize distribution and memoirs were narrated on 12th August. The programme was conducted by Shri Kamlesh Gemini. Secretary Kailash Joshi, Shri Devendra Kumar Rawat, Shri Prabhudayal Mishra, Shri Vijay Agarwal and a large number of religious people were present in the programme.
