Chief Minister Dr. Yadav extends congratulations on International Tiger Day

Conservation of wild animals and sensitivity towards them is necessary

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh is blessed to be the state with the highest number of tigers, with the population now reaching an impressive 785. This remarkable achievement is a source of great pride for the state. On the occasion of International Tiger Day, he extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the people of Madhya Pradesh.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has said that the work of conservation of wild animals requires utmost hard work and effort. Protection of wild animals is not possible without the cooperation of the community. The Forest Department and all the people engaged in the protection of wild animals deserve congratulations, due to whom Madhya Pradesh has once again become a Tiger State. On International Tiger Day, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has called upon people to pledge to work unitedly to secure the future of tigers in the forests and maintain the natural balance.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that sensitive efforts are required for the conservation of tigers, which could be realized only with the cooperation of the Forest Department. While better management in the national parks of our state protects wild animals, there have also been continuous improvements in the management of tigers.

Sensitivity towards wild animals

Recently an example of sensitivity towards wild animals came to light in the Sehore district. Three tiger cubs were hit by a train on the Midghat railway track of Budni in Sehore district, injuring two of them seriously. The cubs were transported to Bhopal by train for treatment in a special compartment by the district administration and a team of wildlife doctors on the instructions of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav.
