Chief Minister Dr. Yadav discusses with the MLAs of Bhopal, Narmadapuram division

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav directed the MLAs to develop a vision document for their assembly constituencies to achieve the goal of comprehensive development across all assemblies within the next four years. Specific timelines and responsibilities should be outlined to meet these objectives. He highlighted that the vision plan will be crafted through the collaboration of MLAs, District Collectors, departmental officers, and public representatives. The document should prioritize enhancing the quality of life for citizens by implementing reforms in key sectors such as education, health, agriculture, sanitation, infrastructure, and more. Additionally, it should include initiatives to create employment opportunities through the “Ek Zila – Ek Utpad” Yojana. Youth should be informed about upcoming recruitments for approximately 2 lakh positions across various departments, and they should be trained and encouraged to participate in the application process. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav made these remarks during a meeting with MLAs from the Bhopal and Narmadapuram divisions at Samatva Bhawan, located at the Chief Minister’s residence. The meeting was attended by MP Shri VD Sharma, ministers, MLAs, and senior officials, with district officials joining virtually.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that MLAs can propose projects worth up to Rs 100 crore in their vision documents. Of this amount, Rs 40 crore will be sourced from the MLA fund, MP fund, public participation, CSR, redensification, and other redevelopment initiatives. The remaining Rs 60 crore will be provided by the state government, with Rs 15 crore allocated annually over four years. He urged every MLA to collaborate with the District Collector to reserve land for industries within their constituencies and establish these areas as industrial zones. Efforts should be made to create a favorable environment for cottage, small, and large-scale industries. Additionally, Dr. Yadav announced that the state will increase the support price purchase limit for moong beans from eight quintals to twelve quintals.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” announced by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi should be given the form of a campaign. The Jal Ganga Samvardhan Abhiyan launched in the state should continue uninterrupted. Make a tour program in all the MLA areas up to the Panchayat level. It is essential to include public grievance redressal camps in the program.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that cow shelters should be established in place of the earlier Kanji House. For this, an amount of Rs 40 will be given per cow. Milch cows should also be kept in new cow sheds and the milk obtained from them should be sold. The cowsheds built at the Gram Panchayat level should be made to function through self-help groups, panchayats, or NGOs.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the Indian Parliament has taken the step of making revolutionary changes in the judicial system by enacting three new historic laws, respectively, Indian Justice Code 2023, Indian Civil Defense Code 2023, and Indian Evidence Act 2023. New laws should be constantly studied and their information should be given to the general public through programs.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Anganwadi, USHA-ASHA workers, Panchayat secretaries, and Panchayat officials, etc. have been added to the list of those eligible under the Ayushman Yojana. They should be given proper treatment in hospitals where Ayushman facilities are available.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that 30 lakh cases of property distribution, nomination transfer and demarcation campaign have been settled in the state. This campaign will be started again from July 15. Under this campaign, MLAs should connect with the public and solve as many problems as possible.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that under the CM Awas Yojana, all outstanding bank loans amount of the beneficiaries will be waived, thereby improving their standard of living. Additionally, food is being provided to the poor through the Deendayal Rasoi Yojna. He instructed all collectors to ensure that Deendayal Rasoi counters are established in all major hospitals to provide food for the attendants of the sick. Dr. Yadav emphasized that the state government is moving towards decentralization and is increasing the rights of MLAs. The district administration has been directed to develop the districts in collaboration with the MLAs.
