Chennai, Jan 22 (IANS) The makers of the much-awaited Veera Dheera Sooran Part 2, which stars Chiyaan Vikram as the content-driven hero in an action-packed avatar, have now officially announced that the film will release on March 27 this year.
The film, directed by S.U. Arun Kumar, best known for his films Pannaiyarum Padminiyum, Sethupathi and Chitha, will feature Chiyaan Vikram, S.J Suryah, Sooraj Venjaramudu, and Dushara Vijayan among others.
Taking to his X timeline to share the date of the film’s release, Vikram wrote, “Our deadly #Kaali is all set to meet you in Theatres From 27th March 2025! Mark the date and get ready to witness @chiyaan’s epic action thriller.An #SUArunkumar Picture. A @gvprakash musical. Produced by

From what has been revealed so far, Vikram plays a simple common man, owning a grocery store while S J Suryah plays a senior police officer in the film.
Interestingly, the second part of the film is to release first. Subsequently, the part one of Veera Dheera Sooran will release.
Theni Eswar is handling the cinematography for this film, which features a musical score by G.V. Prakash Kumar. G.K. Prasanna is overseeing the editing work, and C.S. Balachandar is the art director.
Veera Dheera Sooran Part 2, produced by Riya Shibu of H.R. Pictures, is an action thriller that the makers claim will keep audiences on the edge of their seats.
With the film’s shooting already completed, postproduction work is proceeding at a brisk pace. Expectations from the film have been consistently skyrocketing since the unveiling of the film’s glimpse, teaser, and first single. And now, the makers have officially announced that the film will have its worldwide theatrical release on March 27, 2025, simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
